We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time/Partimes basis (40 hours/week, with flexibility for the right candidate). This role is ideal for a proactive person with strong organizational skills who enjoys being the backbone of daily operations. Key Responsibilities

Manage administrative workflows, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining electronic filing systems.
Provide executive support to property managers: Prepare reports, track expenses, and coordinate travel or vendor arrangements as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Assist with financial tasks such as invoice processing, basic bookkeeping, and reconciling accounts using tools like QuickBooks or Excel.
Support HR functions: Onboard new hires, maintain employee records, and organize team events or training sessions.
Contribute to property operations by updating databases, generating lease summaries, and preparing marketing materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and real estate regulations (e.g., fair housing).

Qualifications

1-2 years of administrative experience (property management or real estate a plus, but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a customer-service mindset.
Strong organizational abilities, multitasking prowess, and a keen eye for detail.
Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
Tech-savvy and quick learner; comfortable with virtual collaboration tools like Zoom or Slack.
