We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear answers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring each customer has a positive experience with our company.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide accurate, step-by-step guidance
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our support software
Follow established processes while looking for opportunities to improve customer experience
Meet or exceed service metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
Collaborate with team members to share insights, feedback, and best practices
QualificationsPrevious customer service or support experience (remote preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfort working independently in a remote environment
Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling several inquiries
Familiarity with customer support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus
