Responsibilities:

· Direct Sales of AT&T products and services to existing customers and to new customers in a BIG-BOX retailer. (NOT D2D OR B2B)

· Setting and keeping appointments with customers.

· Analyzing development and performance.

· Learning to provide team feedback and mentorship.

· Learning to train and develop a team.

· Learning then facilitating leadership and training workshops.

Cross-Training Opportunities

· Client management and new business development.

· Human resources and recruiting.

· Management and team building.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage accounts and develop GENUINE relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
