3-6 mos position - Make apartment units ready for new tenants. Work entails minor sheetrock repair, roller and brush painting of walls and ceilings, minor drain and plumbing repair, supervised or instructed appliance repair, trim and finish wood repair, removal of furniture and refuse. Will train but must have: Ability to communicate clearly, perform tasks as instructed, and adhere strictly to safety protocols - general knowledge of hand tools and construction site power tools - ability to read a tape measure and write legibly - ability to lift, twist, bend, and flex while standing or kneeling and holding a weight of 50 lbs -  a willingness to learn and perform tasks differently than you expect or may have done in the past.
