Job Description:

We are seeking a Petition Validator to join our growing team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently verify and organize petition data for accuracy and compliance. You will work closely with other team members to ensure all signatures and information collected meet required standards before submission.

Responsibilities:

• Review petitions for accuracy, completeness, and validity.
• Verify signatures and ensure all data is entered correctly.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical petition records.
• Create and manage spreadsheets to track progress and validation metrics.
• Communicate with team members to correct discrepancies or missing information.
• Ensure all validation processes meet company and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry programs.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in data verification or administrative work is a plus.
