We're seeking an enthusiastic Property Management Intern to support our daily operations for a 10-12 week program (or flexible part-time during the academic year). This role is perfect for students or recent graduates in real estate, business, or related fields looking to gain practical skills in leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. No prior experience required—we'll provide training and mentorship!

Key Responsibilities

Assist property managers with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing correspondence, and preparing lease documents.
Support leasing activities: Schedule property showings, conduct virtual tours, and help process applications and renewals.
Coordinate routine maintenance requests by liaising with vendors and tracking work orders.
Handle resident inquiries via phone, email, ensuring quick resolutions and high satisfaction.
Contribute to marketing efforts, such as updating property listings on platforms like Zillow or A------------.
Participate in special projects, like market research or event planning for community-building activities.

Qualifications

Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a degree program.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Google Workspace a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interacting with diverse tenants and vendors.
Reliable, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative team setting.
