Leoken Soccer Academy is a youth development program based in Pearland, Texas, dedicated to teaching the game of soccer in a fun, safe, and positive environment. We work with players ages 3–16, helping them build confidence, improve skills, and develop teamwork both on and off the field.

Our mission is to inspire a love for soccer while encouraging discipline, sportsmanship, and respect. We believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and succeed at their own pace, regardless of experience level.

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recreational Soccer Coach to join our coaching team in Pearland, TX. This part-time position is perfect for anyone who loves working with children, enjoys soccer, and wants to make a positive impact through sports.

Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer sessions following our academy curriculum.

Coach and supervise players during practices and weekend matches.

Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and academy staff.

Ensure safety and provide encouragement to all participants.

2–3 weekday evenings for practices.

Weekend matches (typically Saturday mornings).

Flexible part-time schedule — great for students, athletes, or anyone who loves soccer!

Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from training and game sites.

Energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with kids.

Basic understanding of soccer rules and techniques.

Previous coaching or playing experience preferred (training provided).

CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Must pass a background check.

$17.50 per session
