Position: Residential Staff Supervisor – Type A Assisted Living

Location: Lancaster, TX (Dallas County)

Morning Starr New Beginnings is a warm, family-style Type A Assisted Living home seeking a compassionate and dependable Residential Staff Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality care, and lead our direct care team. The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining compliance with Texas HHSC Assisted Living Regulations, supporting staff, and promoting a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Supervise and schedule direct care staff

    •    Ensure compliance with HHSC Assisted Living Regulations

    •    Oversee resident care, safety, and documentation

    •    Support staff training, performance, and communication

    •    Maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

Qualifications:

    •    High school diploma or GED (required); college degree preferred

    •    Minimum 2 years of experience in assisted living or residential care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

    •    CPR/First Aid certification and background check required

    •    Computer-literate with strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation:

$40k -45k per year (based on experience)

Full-time, salaried position with a 90-day probationary period.
