Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Salesperson to join our team. This individual will be responsible for selling fence installations, requiring expertise in fencing and fencing materials, or the ability to learn quickly. The Salesperson will communicate effectively with subcontractors and customers, and will be required to drive to sales calls. Compensation for this role is commission-based and may include a base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive to and conduct sales calls with potential customers, providing them with information and quotes for fence installations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, as necessary, to ensure smooth and timely installation of fencing projects.
  • Prepare and deliver sales approach to potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best solutions to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand fencing products and materials.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel to sales calls as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based compensation structure.
