About Us
Mastery of Sports is a premier recreational facility offering gymnastics and ninja training for all ages — from toddlers to adults. Our mission is to build confidence, strength, and fun through movement. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Ninja Head Coach to lead our Ninja program and inspire the next generation of athletes.

Position Overview
As the Ninja Head Coach, you’ll manage an engaging program, lead a team of coaches, and create a safe, supportive, and energetic environment for students to thrive. You’ll also have the exciting opportunity to develop and lead a competitive Ninja team, preparing athletes for local and national-level competitions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Ninja training program for all age groups.
• Build and coach a competitive Ninja team.
• Create a fun, motivating, and structured environment for students.
• Train, mentor, and support coaches to maintain high teaching and safety standards.
• Provide direct instruction and demonstrations of techniques and skills.
• Give constructive feedback to help students progress through skill levels.
• Track student development and communicate progress to families.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching Ninja youth sports.
• Strong understanding of Ninja-style training.
• Experience developing or coaching competitive athletes (preferred).
• Passion for working with kids and helping them build confidence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
