We're on the hunt for a dedicated Email Support Specialist. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to provide top-notch customer service. We need a problem-solver, a communicator, someone who can keep our customers happy and our inbox tidy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize our email inbox, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions to problems.
  • Work closely with our product and sales teams to relay customer feedback and insights.
  • Track and report on email metrics to improve our customer service efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally with a focus on email support.
  • Exceptional written communication skills – you can explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – you love a challenge and don't quit until you find a solution.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and email management tools.
