Location: South Bend / Bradford Shores

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (19 hours/week)

About Us:

Our family is seeking a reliable, engaging, and kind nanny for our three wonderful children, ages 5, 2.5, and 1. We are looking for a professional who can become a trusted part of our household, bringing a fun and thoughtful atmosphere while managing the daily needs of our kids and home.

Position Overview:

This role involves full responsibility for the care of our three children during the scheduled hours, as well as management of child-related household tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work autonomously, anticipate our children's needs, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Childcare: Provide attentive, high-quality care for all three children, tending to their emotional and physical needs.

• Engagement: Plan and lead age-appropriate developmental activities, including creative play, reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor time.

• Routine Management: Manage daily schedules, including nap times, mealtimes, and activities.

• Cooking: Prepare healthy and kid-friendly meals and snacks for the children.

• Household Support: Perform light household duties such as tidying play areas, cleaning before and after meals, and loading/unloading the dishwasher.

• Driving: Safely transport children to and from school, activities, or outings as needed using our family vehicle.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role, with experience managing multiple children of different ages.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Comfortable and confident in driving children.

• A genuine passion for child development and a patient, kind demeanor.

• Proactive, autonomous, and a self-starter who takes initiative.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

Preferences (Highly Desired):

• CPR and First Aid certification.

• Non-smoker.

• Excellent, verifiable references.

• Willing to undergo a background check.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
