Seeking a Part time Admin Assistant to work 3 days between Monday - Friday Must have prior Admin Assistant experience. MS Office experience is required.
Job Duties: Answering and transferring phone calls for escrow officers and assistants
Inputting and creating excel spreadsheets
Processing and sorting mail
Filing and organizing paperwork
Sending mail for escrow officers
Ordering office supplies
Providing world class customer experience
MS Office experience required
Ability to Multi Task required
