Overview
At EIRAM Model Management, we are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern. In this role, you will learn to have social media oversight, develop content creation skills, and create email campaigns. You will learn how to build marketing presence, ensuring that digital marketing needs are met effectively while learning how to promote through strategic marketing. This role is unpaid with all in person events paid for. The role aims to provide hands-on experience in a real-world setting for students pursuing a marketing or similar degree. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content (text, images, video), and monitoring engagement.
• Draft and produce content for social media, websites, email, and promotional materials.
• Help with planning and executing email and advertising campaigns. 
• Collaborate with team to develop effective social media strategies that promote talent and upcoming events.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry and social media trends.
• Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) tasks.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials that highlight the agency and talent.
• Handle various administrative duties as needed, such as marketing data entry.
• Develop ideas and contribute to strategy.

Skills and Qualifications 

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
• Familiarity with basic office software like word processing and spreadsheets is a plus.
• Ability to commute to various events for content creation.
