Motion Performance Therapy has an immediate opening for a Physical Therapist at our outpatient clinic in Sunnyvale, TX. Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with conditions that limit movement and daily activities. Beyond restoring function and mobility, you will play a vital role in promoting wellness and improving patients’ overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to assess physical conditions and symptoms
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop age-appropriate treatment plans
• Teach and guide patients in therapeutic exercise techniques
• Provide manual therapy techniques to support healing and recovery
• Assist patients in the safe use of mobility equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, walkers)
• Maintain detailed patient records, tracking progress and goals
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery expectations
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Active, good-standing Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• Flexibility in scheduling, within reasonable clinic needs
• Ability to follow clinic policies and procedures as outlined in the Dallas Orthopedic & Shoulder Institute handbook
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
