Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Independent Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in a variety of settings. You will leverage your sales expertise to analyze market trends, communicate effectively with customers, and provide exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including networking and attending community events to promote services.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up communications.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for improving sales performance.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales administration, outside sales, or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is advantageous but not mandatory.
