We’re looking for a motivated Food Truck team leader to join our team and help take our mobile kitchen to the next level. If you’re passionate about great food, hospitality, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the food truck, including driving, setup, service, and breakdown.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Track sales, inventory, and costs to maximize profitability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all guests.
• Coordinate catering events, private bookings, and high-volume service days.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in food service management (food truck experience a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with operating a large vehicle (preferred).
• A positive attitude and hands-on work ethic.
