Must be willing to relocate 1st and foremost.  The position is for an experienced cook that has sit down dining experience, and experience in New Mexican cuisine.  The stone house lodge is located in Los Ojos NM, 25 miles from Chama NM.  
The right person will be responsible for creating weekly specials, and upselling.  The lodge does host live music in the summer months in the pavilion in which the candidate will be responsible for creating a menu for the events.  If there is slow times, the candidate will also need to be a team player and work where they are needed. 
Work is 5 days a week.
