Position Overview

The Remote Client Service Specialist acts as the front line of support for our valued clients providing fast, accurate, and empathetic assistance across multiple communication channels.

You’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring every issue is handled promptly, every question is answered, and every interaction reflects our standard of excellence.

This role is perfect for individuals who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy building positive relationships in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities
 

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
     
  • Provide accurate information, solutions, and follow-ups based on company policies and client needs.
     
  • Document all client interactions in the CRM system with clarity and accuracy.
     
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Technical Support to resolve client concerns efficiently.
     
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction.
     
  • Represent Sutherland Breezy HR with integrity, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.

     

Qualifications
 

  • 1–3 years of experience in client services, customer success, or administrative support (remote experience preferred).
     
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
     
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced remote setting.
     
  • Proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
     
  • Self-driven, reliable, and adaptable to changing client needs.

     

Preferred Skills
 

  • Familiarity with Breezy HR, Salesforce, or Zendesk.
     
  • Analytical mindset able to interpret feedback and suggest improvements.
     
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
