You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing information, support, and solutions that enhance their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
Document all customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, billing, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Suggest process improvements and share customer insights to enhance overall satisfaction.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
