About the Role

Own go-to-market strategy and demand generation for high-voltage (HV) equipment—power transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays, and substation systems. Translate engineering value into customer outcomes, build a pipeline with utilities, EPCs, and industrials, and equip Sales with the tools to win complex bids.

Salary Band & Benefits

Compensation: Base salary range $25/h plus a target bonus of 10–15% of base. Actual compensation varies by experience, qualifications, and cost of labor in the location. Benefits include health, retirement, paid time off, and professional development.

What You Will Do:

  • Contribute to identifying growth opportunities in the high voltage equipment business across various customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Customer Unit (CU) teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Attend the industry conference, collect clients' information, and summarize the market trends. 
  • Use data, analytics, and AI-based tools to generate insights that inform sales strategies and challenge conventional practices.
  • Participate in presales and solution design discussions to understand how Ericsson’s portfolio supports operators’ network evolution.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and value-based selling materials.
  • Learn how Dozer Electrical LLC integrates across engineering, operations, and business functions to deliver customer success.
  • Help develop case studies, dashboards, or visualizations that demonstrate the impact of data-driven decisions.
  • Present findings to cross-functional teams, bringing a fresh perspective and evidence-based recommendations.

 


You Will Bring:

  • Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving — able to question assumptions and explore new possibilities.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data analytics, and how these technologies shape the telecom industry.
  • Curiosity about how mobile networks operate and how services are sold, delivered, and optimized.
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting insights and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Drive to learn quickly, adapt, and contribute meaningfully within a global technology company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar) is a plus.
  • A collaborative, open-minded, and entrepreneurial mindset.

 


You will have:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Academic or project exposure to telecommunications, AI/ML applications, or business analytics.
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and its role in shaping the future of connectivity.

 


Eligibility requirements:

  • 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
  • Available for a full-time internship for 12 week
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or Masters on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
