This is not a full-time position with guaranteed hours, although the number of hours can exceed 40hrs/week depending on our patient census.

What You’ll Do (Only When You Choose To)

• Conduct in-home evaluations, treatments, and therapy sessions (under PT supervision for PTAs)
• Help develop and carry out personalized care plans for patients in their homes
• Provide therapy services during short-term staffing shifts at skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, or hospitals
• Document thoroughly and collaborate with care teams

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
• Experience in home health or facility settings (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation and a professional, patient-focused approach
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Compensation

• Competitive per-visit rates for home health

• Mileage reimbursement for home visits when applicable
• Paid promptly after completed assignments
