Join Our Team at deB------------ – Entry-Level Position for GIA Graduate Diamonds or Graduate Gemologist

We are currently seeking a Graduate Gemologist or someone who has completed the Graduate Diamonds program from GIA to join our team at deB------------. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to apply your GIA training and gain hands-on experience in the jewelry industry.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• No nights or weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process via email, phone, and live chat
• Source diamonds based on customer specifications
• Generate sales receipts using QuickBooks
• Support the jewelry manufacturing process, including:
  • Reviewing 3D CAD designs
  • Sourcing melee diamonds
• Perform quality control tasks, such as:
  • Sorting melee
  • Checking in diamonds
  • Assessing finished products for quality & craftsmanship

Ideal Candidate:

• Completed GIA Graduate Diamonds program (or full Graduate Gemologist designation)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Proficient with computers and capable of multitasking effectively
• Strong time management skills
