We are seeking Assembly Assistants to join our team in the Transformer Manufacturing Division. We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals with experience in airless and compressed air painting, and skills in various typessof welding machines and electrical assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly and production of industrial transformers.
Perform painting tasks using airless and compressed air systems.
Support basic welding and electrical connections.
Follow all safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED

Experience in assembly, painting, or industrial manufacturing.
Ability to operate airless or air gun painting equipment.
Knowledge of welding and electrical work.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Availability to travel as required for project assignments.
Full-time availability and reliability.
