Job Summary: Drummers (aka: salesperson) wanted! We are building a team of highly motivated sales interns to support an insurance broker with an expanding agency in achieving their goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The opportunity is 100% remote but hybrid opportunities are available for local candidates.  

Responsibilities:  

• Assist in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities  
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions  
• Provide administrative support as needed  

Requirements:  

• Locals and out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply  
• Minimum 6-12 month commitment   
• High volume inbound/outbound phone call experience is a plus  
• Access to reliable high-speed internet and quiet, dedicated workspace  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Strong organizational and time management skills  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
