Pay Rate: $38–$40 per hour | Weekly Pay
Hours: Flexible, 8–12-hour shifts

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, following the established plan of care. The LPN ensures each client receives high-quality, safe, and individualized care while promoting comfort, dignity, and well-being in the home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs.
• Follow individualized care plans and document all services accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Observe, report, and record changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Educate clients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Participate in case conferences, training, and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Georgia LPN License (required).
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
