Key Job Duties:
Manage Incoming Communications: Answer and distribute incoming phone calls, logging missed calls with details (name, company, phone number, reason for call, etc.).
Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to customers, including taking and entering order details accurately.
Payment Processing: Process customer payments efficiently and securely.
Order Notifications: Notify customers of completed orders and provide updates as needed.
Order Status Monitoring: Check the status of open promotional orders daily for the Sales Team to ensure timely fulfillment.
Proof Verification: Verify that proofs have been sent, approved, or are pending as required.
Payment Verification: Verify that payments have been made for vendors requiring pre-payment to facilitate order processing.
