We’re looking for a creative, motivated college student to join our team as a Social Media & Marketing Intern. This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, social media strategy, and community engagement.

What You’ll Do

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Create engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos that reflect our brand voice

Write copy for posts, newsletters, and marketing materials

Help plan and run digital marketing campaigns to reach local families and sitters

Track analytics and engagement to help refine content strategies

Collaborate with the Motor City Sitters team on creative ideas and community partnerships

What We’re Looking For

Current college student studying Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends

Excellent writing and communication skills

Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) a plus

Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
