💼 Position Overview

This is a heavy outbound calling / telemarketing position including cold calling.

If you’re not comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls or don’t thrive on phone-based sales, this job is not for you.

If you’re hungry, confident, and eager to build a career with full support, you’ll work directly with the owner, receiving one-on-one training and help structuring deals that close fast and clean.

Most of our loans are clear to close in 10 days or less.

📚 For New / Unlicensed Candidates

• We’ll cover your NMLS training, testing, and registration fees.

• Earn income while getting licensed through processing support and outbound appointment setting.

• Must be in the Lakewood Ranch office 2–3 hours per day for training and live call sessions.

• Work directly with the owner for fast-track career growth.

💰 For Experienced / Licensed Loan Officers

• Draw offered against commissions.

• Remote work available.

• Full access to BW Home Loans’ lender network, systems, and underwriting support.

• Total deal assistance to help you close more business, faster.

⚡ Requirements

• Strong phone presence, must be comfortable with cold calling and high outbound volume.

• Goal-driven, coachable, and persistent.

• Computer and CRM proficiency.

• Positive and competitive attitude

📍 Location

• Office based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

• New / Unlicensed Loan Officers: must work in-office 2–3 hours daily for training and outbound calls.

• Licensed LOs: remote or hybrid options available.
