Full-Time Medical Assistant — Sexual Wellness & Urology Practice (Hingham, MA)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM (Full-Time)

Location: Clifford D. Gluck, MD, FACS – Private Urology & Sexual Wellness Practice, 72 Sharp St, A–10, Hingham, MA

Are you a motivated and reliable medical assistant looking to join a high-performance, specialty medical team? We’re seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to support our innovative and fast-paced private practice specializing in men’s and women’s sexual wellness and urology
 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Greet and room patients; take vital signs and histories
• Assist with in-office procedures (e.g., cystoscopy, prostate biopsy)
• Learn and perform low-intensity shockwave therapy and other non-invasive procedures (training provided)
• Prepare and maintain sterile environments for minor surgical procedures
• Manage phones, scheduling, and EMR with professionalism and accuracy
• Educate patients about treatment plans under physician direction
• Uphold patient privacy and demonstrate maturity with sensitive health topics

Requirements:
 

• Must be punctual and ready to start work by 6:45 AM daily
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent training required
• Prior MA experience preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills (EMR experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a practice focused on sexual health and wellness
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
