*Overview*

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, dependable, and an energetic personality to provide excellent customer service. The Server-Bartender will be responsible for taking orders from customers, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

Bonus: Ability to create short reels, videos of food, customer experience for social media posts - Instagram, Facebook is a plus.

*Duties*

- Always a can do attitude and has willingness to work with the team

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take orders and process payments using the POS system

- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area with dedicated duties

- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age

- Upsell drinks and promote special events or promotions

- (Nice to have) Conduct Karaoke

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine

- Open to perform other duties as required to ensure success of the business.

*Skills & Requirements*

- Preferred - 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

- TABC & Food Handler License preferred.

- Strong customer service skills and serving experience

- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions

- Proficiency in food handling and service standards

- Familiarity with fine dining and catering environments
