The Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of L’Arche Heartland’s Evening Enrichment Program, ensuring that adults with intellectual disabilities experience meaningful activities, skill-building, and community engagement. This program runs Monday–Friday from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM and provides opportunities in volunteering, recycling, outdoor activities, fitness, retirement supports, job training, and social enrichment.

Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Manager will coordinate staff, volunteers, and core members, support program planning, and maintain high-quality standards aligned with L’Arche Heartland’s mission of inclusion, mutual relationships, and belonging.
