We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our mission and help us deliver peace of mind and unmatched service to both our clients and our incredible team.

Your Mission

As our Client Success Specialist, you will be at the heart of everything we do—bridging care operations, client satisfaction, and team support. Your role will ensure that every interaction reflects the luxury care experience Gracefully at Home is known for.

For Clients (External Clients):

  • Serve as the warm, professional first point of contact for families and care recipients.
  • Guide new clients through a white glove onboarding process, honoring their values, lifestyle, and care goals.
  • Monitor service plans and quality of care, ensuring families feel supported, informed, and empowered.
  • Create a seamless experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.

For Team Members (Internal Clients):

  • Support and empower Life Enhancement Caregivers & GraceFORWARD Caregiving Team by providing tools, schedules, and open communication.
  • Foster a culture of trust, respect, and growth, ensuring every team member feels valued and inspired.
  • Match caregivers with clients to create ideal pairings, resulting in lasting satisfaction and success.

Behind the Scenes:

  • Coordinate schedules, HR processes, and operational reporting to keep services running seamlessly.
  • Provide field support to the caregiving team and deliver emergency in-home care when needed.
  • Partner with leadership to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
  • Support light marketing and community outreach to strengthen our presence and reputation.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who combines heart and skill, with a natural talent for leadership and compassion.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • compassionate, service-driven mindset, with a true passion for caring for older adults.
  • Commitment to whole person, patient-centered, clinically-informed care.
  • Flexibility to work every other weekend and select holidays.
  • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check and a 10-panel drug screening.
  • Willingness to serve as the afterhours and on-call coordinator one week out of each month for urgent client or operational needs.
