Skills We’re Looking For

• Able to edit natively inside TikTok & Instagram apps
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Premiere, or CapCut
• Understands lighting, framing, and camera angles to make videos pop
• Strong sense of audio (clean capture + polished mixing)
• Comfortable with both short-form (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and long-form YouTube editing
• Knows how to leverage hashtags, captions, and algorithms to maximize reach and engagement
• Fast worker with quick turnaround times
• Brings fresh ideas to the table, not just edits what’s handed to them
