Do you have a passion for podcasts and a knack for social media? We're a new podcast looking for a dedicated Podcast Marketing Assistant to help us build our audience. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor and be a part of our growth story.

Your main goal will be to expand our reach on platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube, and create engaging content for our social media channels and website. You'll be responsible for creating and scheduling posts, interacting with our community, and helping us implement new growth strategies.

You have experience with social media marketing, especially on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.

You understand the podcast landscape and what it takes to get noticed.

You're looking for a long-term project with the potential to grow into a leadership role.

Pay and Growth:

We know this is an unconventional payment structure, but we believe in building this together. We're currently offering a stipend of $300 a month. As the podcast grows and our revenue increases, so will your pay. The goal is for you to eventually lead a full marketing team, with a salary to match. We're looking for a true partner in our success.
