Bravo Restorations LLC is a fast-growing contractor in the Twin Cities, specializing in interior and exterior renovations, storm restoration, and commercial projects. We’re known for high-quality work, transparency with clients, and a hands-on approach to every job. As demand grows, we’re looking to add a Skilled Carpenter to our team—someone who takes pride in their craft, can work independently, and handles most trades at a high level.

Who This Is Not For:

• Not a roofing or siding gig
• Not a spot for specialized crews (tile-only, drywall-only, etc.)
• Not a training role — you must know what you are doing and hit the ground running

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Skilled Carpenter who can confidently take on projects from start to finish — including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, additions, and storm-related repairs. You’ll wear many hats, often completing up to 90% of the work on a given job. If you're experienced, reliable, and work cleanly and independently, we’d love to talk.

Core Responsibilities

• Interior Carpentry: Work efficiently in residential spaces; framing, cabinetry, layout adjustments
• Deck Construction: Design and build durable, code-compliant custom decks
• Finish Carpentry: Install trim, molding, doors, windows with a clean, professional finish
• Flooring & Tiling (Nice to Have): Install/repair hardwood, laminate, tile (floors and walls)
• Drywall & Painting (Nice to Have): Patch, mud, tape, and assist with painting as needed
• Additions & Restorations: Manage full-scale renovation, addition, and storm restoration work

Requirements

• Minimum 5 Years Carpentry Experience (With portfolio or photo documentation)
• Deck Building Proficiency (Design/build expertise and knowledge of code requirements)
• Restoration & Additions Background (Comfortable managing complex projects)
• Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (Must travel to various job sites around the metro)
• Own Your Tools (You should have most tools needed for framing, finish work, and general carpentry)
• Must be able to pass background check – (Looking for serious crimes, not petty stuff)
• Must have good hygiene and clean appearance
