Barista Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with speed and accuracy

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with restocking supplies and keeping the café presentable

Sandwich Maker Responsibilities

Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and light food items to order

Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure quality and consistency

Keep prep and kitchen areas clean, safe, and well-stocked

Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous food service or café experience a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right people!)
