About Us
We are a New York–based investment platform with two fast-growing arms:

  • Community Lands – a tech-enabled marketplace reinventing how rural land, farmland, and related assets are bought, financed, and developed (currently raising a $5M seed round).

  • Reda Group – a real estate investment and development platform with projects across retail, industrial, hospitality, and specialty assets, raising capital on a deal-by-deal basis.

Together, we’re at the intersection of real estate, technology, and capital markets — and we’re building a team to scale our fundraising efforts.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for Capital Raising Interns to support both our startup/VC fundraising and real estate deal capital raising. Candidates can focus on one track or gain exposure to both. This is a unique chance to work directly with the founder and learn hands-on how capital is raised across two asset classes.

ResponsibilitiesStartup / VC Track

  • Research and build investor lists (angels, VCs, family offices, REITs, PE funds).

  • Draft outreach emails and manage investor communications.

  • Organize pitch decks, one-pagers, and data rooms.

  • Maintain fundraising CRM and track pipeline progress.

  • Summarize fundraising activity in weekly reports.

Real Estate Deal Track

  • Research and segment real estate investors (HNWs, syndicators, private lenders).

  • Prepare deal overviews and investment teasers (NOI, IRR, equity multiple, property highlights).

  • Support offering deck creation and data room setup.

  • Track investor interest, commitments, and wires.

  • Assist in scheduling investor calls and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.

  • Strong research and organizational skills.

  • Clear and professional communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools a plus.

  • Interest in venture capital, startups, and/or real estate private equity.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Compensation & Structure

  • Part-time (10–20 hrs/week).

  • Flexible: school credit or paid hourly ($15–20/hr depending on experience).

  • For real estate track: potential success-based bonuses for closed deals.

  • Remote-friendly with preference for NYC-area candidates.
