Sir Speedy Glendale is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Experience & Order Coordinator to be the face of our front office and support our production workflow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, can manage multiple tasks at once, and wants to learn the ins and outs of the printing industry.
What You’ll Do
Greet walk-in customers and answer phones in a professional, positive manner
Identify customer needs and gather detailed job specifications
Enter orders accurately and communicate project details to production
Provide updates on job status, quotes, and artwork requests
Coordinate orders through the print shop to ensure timely completion
Assist with filing, organizing the front office, and general administrative tasks
Work closely with co-workers to ensure great service and smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; print estimating software a plus)
Experience in customer service, printing, or office administration is helpful but not required — we will train the right person
