We’re a boutique AI agency based in San Diego, building real-world AI automation solutions for businesses. Our team just deployed its first production-ready AI email multi-agent for a client, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for curious, driven people who want hands-on experience building and deploying AI workflows, tools, and automations.

Role Overview
As a DB AI Solutions Intern, you’ll work closely with our team to design, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows and database-driven solutions. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to real client projects while building practical skills in AI automation.

What You’ll Do

Assist in designing and testing AI automation workflows (n8n, APIs, multi-agent systems)

Work with structured and unstructured data to support client use cases

Research and prototype AI solutions to improve workflows and business operations

Troubleshoot issues (API keys, authentication, integrations, etc.) and document solutions

Collaborate with the team to refine and optimize deployments for clients

What We’re Looking For

Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies

Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, or similar)

Some familiarity with APIs, Python, or workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) a plus

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn by doing

Based in or near San Marcos, CA (hybrid work environment)
