About the Opportunity
We are expanding our Community Solar sales program and are seeking motivated Sales Representatives and Team Leaders to join our growing team. Responsibilities
Generate new customers through door-to-door, B2B, and field sales outreach
Educate customers about the benefits of Community Solar (no rooftop panels required)
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals
Team Leaders: Recruit, train, and lead a sales team to achieve targets
Qualifications
Previous sales experience (door-to-door, retail, or B2B preferred)
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation
Leadership experience (required for Team Leader applicants)
