Lead Acquisition Specialist

Location: 1203 Town Center Drive, Ste 109, Jupiter, FL 33458

FULL AND PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABILE!! START TODAY!!!

Weekdays: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 600 PM with a compensation of $800 per week with an opportunity for a performance-based increase and commission structure after the first 30 days

Weekends: Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM with a compensation of $320 per week with an opportunity for a performance-based increase and commission structure after the first 30 days

NOTE: This position is an in-person only role and not eligible for remote or hybrid

Position Overview

We’re looking for Lead Acquisition Specialists to join our Jupiter office. This is an in-office role where you’ll be on the frontlines of our business — making outbound calls, engaging with potential sellers, and generating qualified leads. You’ll play a vital role in fueling our sales pipelines, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.

This position is ideal for someone who’s upbeat, self-motivated, and thrives in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to potential sellers with professionalism and confidence

· Qualify leads based on provided criteria and record accurate details in the CRM

· Generate interest and build rapport quickly with prospects

· Deliver leads to the sales team

· Maintain a consistent daily calling rhythm to maximize results

· Track activity, manage follow-ups, and ensure all data is entered correctly

· Support the company’s lead acquisition and sales goals with enthusiasm and persistence

Preferred Skills & Attributes

· Positive, go-getter attitude with resilience to keep pushing for results

· Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

· Comfortable working with call scripts while adapting to live conversations

· Highly organized with attention to detail in logging leads

· Ability to stay motivated in a structured, fast-paced environment

· Prior phone sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement experience preferred (but not required)
