$500/month + additional incentive pay per student who attends a presentation

Pathways to Partnership connects students with educational opportunities through campus presentations and college engagement programs. By working with student ambassadors and partner institutions, we help students access valuable resources, build connections, and prepare for academic and career success.

Position Overview

The Student Ambassador will serve as the on-campus representative for Pathways to Partnership. This role is responsible for promoting programs, engaging students, and coordinating attendance at presentations. Ambassadors play a key role in increasing awareness of educational opportunities and strengthening campus involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Pathways to Partnership programs through outreach, social media, and campus networks.
• Organize and encourage student attendance at presentations.
• Serve as the main on-campus point of contact for students and staff.
• Build relationships with student groups, organizations, and faculty to maximize participation.
• Provide feedback and updates to Pathways to Partnership staff.
• Assist with presentation logistics, sign-ups, and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

• Current student at a community college, in good academic standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active in campus life and peer networks (preferred).
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Passion for helping students access opportunities and succeed.

Compensation

Base stipend of $500 per month.
Additional incentive pay for each student who attends a scheduled presentation.

Time Commitment

Approximately 5 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Availability required during scheduled presentations and check-ins with Pathways to Partnership staff.
