Position Summary

We’re hiring In-Home Caregivers to provide hands-on assistance and companionship to seniors and adults in need. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others, want a flexible schedule, and are looking for meaningful work in their community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prep)
• Provide companionship, conversation, and reassurance
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
• Support mobility, walking, and transfers
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, or social activities
• Document care activities and communicate updates to supervisors

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving, CNA, or HHA preferred (will train the right person)
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and respectful
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Must pass background screening and provide professional references
• Reliable transportation to client homes across Worcester County
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
