Hey Neighbor Media helps small businesses get noticed by mailing professionally designed 9"x12" postcards directly into the homes of 5,000+ local residents. Each card is filled with ads from local businesses—restaurants, gyms, salons, realtors, service providers—that want affordable and effective neighborhood exposure.

The Opportunity

We’re expanding across the U.S. and looking for driven, commission-only sales representatives to sell advertising space on our postcards. You’ll own your exclusive territory (by ZIP code) and earn commissions each time you sell out a postcard. Once you sell out your first ZIP code, you can expand into additional territories.

This is a true entrepreneurial opportunity: you set pricing, build your client base, and keep all profit after fixed costs. Top reps can earn $1,600–$3,200+ per card, with multiple cards running per month.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect local small businesses in your assigned ZIP code.
• Sell them ad space (small, medium, or large placements) on Hey Neighbor Media postcards.
• Manage your pipeline from outreach → presentation → close.
• Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat advertisers every mailing cycle.

Compensation

• 100% commission.
• Example payouts:
• $1,600+ when filling a card with small ads at suggested low end pricing.
• $3,200+ when filling a card with large ads at premium pricing.
• Any revenue above ~$4,700 per postcard is all yours.
• Recurring income potential as businesses renew month after month, quarter after quarter.
