Position Overview:
The Arcade Attendant is the first point of contact for guests at the Witches and Wizards Arcade and The Tokyo Club, providing a warm welcome and introducing them to our magical gaming experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and charge admission to the arcade.
• Inform guests of the arcade's policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Sell drinks and manage transactions, including the handling of closed alcohol (must be at least 18 years old).
• Set up and break down the arcade setup efficiently before and after operational hours.
• Work at events hosted by the arcade, ensuring they run smoothly and guests' needs are met.

Skills, Education, and Work Experience Requirements:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to sell closed alcohol.
• Education: Current College student is preferred.
• Skills: Must be personable with excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are necessary for this role.
