Position Overview
As an EPIC Translations Marketing & Proposal Writing Intern, you’ll:

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and Support RFP Proposal Development → Assist in preparing competitive, high-value proposals for government agencies, healthcare organizations, and Fortune 500 clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and compelling storytelling.
· Conduct Strategic Market Research → Gather insights on competitors, industry trends, and business opportunities to strengthen EPIC’s marketing and proposal strategies.
· Design and Execute Marketing Campaigns → Collaborate with the marketing team to draft high-converting email campaigns, newsletters, and digital communications that engage clients and prospects.
· Create High-Impact Content → Write, edit, and optimize blogs, case studies, website content, and social media posts to showcase EPIC’s solutions and drive brand visibility.
· Support SEO & Digital Marketing Initiatives → Research keywords, analyze website performance, and help improve EPIC’s search engine rankings and online reach.
· Develop Client-Facing Marketing Assets → Assist in building proposal templates, capability statements, case studies, and success stories for business development campaigns.
· Work with Next-Gen Tools → Get hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools, CRM systems, SEO analytics dashboards, and proposal automation platforms.

Who We’re Looking For
· Current students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools.
· Passion for languages, cross-cultural communication, and global business.
· Bonus: Experience with translation tools, SEO, WordPress, or marketing automation platforms (not required, but preferred).
