We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who is passionate about helping people, detail-oriented, and excited to represent the RAILBLAZA brand. What You’ll Do

  • Provide world-class customer support to our retail partners, distributors, and end customers.
  • Respond quickly and clearly to inquiries via email, phone, and online channels.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order support.
  • Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent RAILBLAZA’s values of innovation, reliability, and adventure in every interaction.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A quick learner who can adapt to new systems and product knowledge.
  • Articulate and friendly communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills (CRM, order systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in the outdoor, marine, or adventure industry is a strong plus.
  • A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
