West village spa and salon needs a front desk/ assistant manager,client care, and social media. Weekends a must, responsible and reliable. Urgent opening..please apply with your resume below.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and maintain a polished, welcoming front desk presence
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments using salon booking software
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including check-in/out and retail transactions
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and staff; resolve client issues and service concerns
- Assist in training and supervising front desk staff when needed
- Manage salon social media accounts (content posting, basic engagement)
- Support office organization, filing, and general administrative tasks

Requirements
- Prior experience working in a salon or spa environment required
- Bilingual: fluent in Russian and proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends
- Polite, professional, and strong customer-service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and employees
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
- Quick learner and comfortable using computers and booking software
- Experience managing social media for a small business is a plus
