**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packaging / Shipping Associate to join our team. Working hours 8am - 12:30pm with some flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products, packaging, sealing, and bundling them for delivery as well as pick pack and shipping for in house orders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Inspect products for quality assurance.

- Accurately pack, seal, and bundle products as per guidelines.

**Requirements:**

- Ability to lift at least 20-25 lbs.

- Must be able to work with your hands.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control.

- Reliable and timely with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Must be local to the Augusta, GA area.

The pay structure for the Warehouse work is hourly and determined by work experience.  In addition, Work-from-Home Packaging Associate is a great way to enhance your income while working from home and is based on a per-package rate, which allows associates to earn based on their productivity. The rate is competitive and reflective of industry standards in the Augusta, GA area. Payments are processed bi-monthly, and associates have the potential to increase their earnings by taking on additional work assignments. Additionally, there are opportunities for performance-based bonuses for those who consistently deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines.
